## In short

- Gift lengths: **1, 3, 6 or 12 months**, set in your quote.
- **Nobody on the list** pays or enters card details, and Premium ends on its own when the gift period is over.
- **Within one business day** of Nutrola receiving the list and the payment, Premium turns on for each customer.
- You see **group totals only**, never anyone's meals, photos, weight, body measurements, activity or account details.

Yes. A business can give its customers Nutrola Premium as a gift of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, with a purchase, a membership or a program. The business pays for the gift, customers pay nothing, and each customer signs up with the email address on the business's list.

## Who is this for?

Four types of business can give Nutrola Premium to their customers: food and supplement brands, gyms and studios, insurers and health programs, and meal-prep and food delivery companies. Each type fits one of three routes: a purchase, a membership or a program. We call the business that gives the gift the partner.

- **Food and supplement brands** can attach the gift to a purchase, so each buyer receives Premium.
- **Gyms and studios** can include Premium with a membership.
- **Insurers and health programs** can offer Premium inside a program that their members join.
- **Meal-prep and food delivery companies** can attach the gift to a purchase, such as an order.

The full partner overview is on [Nutrola for partners](https://business.nutrola.app/partners/).

## How long can the gift last?

You choose a gift length of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and the length is part of the quote. Whatever the length, your customers pay nothing.

## How does access work?

Access works by email address. You send the addresses of customers who agreed to receive the gift, and each customer signs up in the app with the address you sent. Nutrola uses those addresses only to turn Premium on.

- There is nothing for you to install or connect.
- There is no admin dashboard: Nutrola sends group totals by email when you ask.
- Codes that customers redeem themselves are not part of the standard setup. If your launch needs them, say so in your request, and Nutrola will confirm what is possible.

## What do customers experience?

Customers download Nutrola from the App Store or Google Play and sign up with the email address on your list. Premium turns on within one business day, and nobody on the list pays or enters card details.

Nutrola is an AI calorie counter and food diary for iPhone and Android. Premium includes:

- Meal logging by photo, barcode or voice
- Personal calorie and macro goals
- Water, fasting, exercise and weight tracking
- A recipe library and short nutrition lessons
- Streaks, reminders, and sync with Apple Health and Google Health Connect

## What does the business see?

You see group totals only. Nutrola never shares anyone's meals, photos, weight, body measurements, activity or account details, not even on request. Group totals are counts for the whole list, never for one person.

On request, you can get these totals for your list:

- How many people are on the list
- How many have activated (Premium is turned on for them)
- How many were active
- The average number of days with at least one logged meal

Nutrola does not sell health data or use it for advertising. Health and fitness data is stored on the customer's phone and on Nutrola's backend, and some of Nutrola's service providers are in the United States. Anyone can delete their account and data in the app at any time.

The privacy model is the same as for staff licenses, where a company buys Premium for its employees. See [what employers see when staff use Nutrola](https://business.nutrola.app/guides/what-employers-see-when-staff-use-nutrola/).

## What happens when the gift ends?

Premium ends on its own when the gift period is over, and nothing is charged. Customers who want to keep going can subscribe in the app.

## What does it cost?

Pricing is quoted per program. As of November 2026, there is no public price, and the quote depends on how many customers the program covers and how long the gift lasts. Customers pay nothing, and your business pays the invoice.

Pay by card or by bank transfer. Invoices come from Monorra LLC, the company that makes Nutrola, and the payment terms are on the quote. Card payments appear on statements as NUTROLA.

Invoices to organizations in the EU are net of VAT (value-added tax). Nutrola is a US company and does not charge EU VAT. Where VAT is due, your business accounts for it under the reverse charge. In a reverse charge, the buyer reports the VAT instead of the seller. Check how this applies to you with your tax advisor.

## How do we launch?

A launch takes six steps, from choosing a gift length to Premium turning on for your customers.

1. Choose how you will give the gift (with a purchase, a membership or a program) and the gift length.
2. Request a quote through [the quote form](https://business.nutrola.app/quote/) or by email to partnerships@nutrola.app. If your approval process needs a formal PDF quote, ask for one.
3. Build your list of customer email addresses. Include only customers who agreed to receive the gift. A spreadsheet or a plain list is fine.
4. Send the list to Nutrola and pay the invoice.
5. Tell your customers to download Nutrola from the App Store or Google Play and to sign up with the email address on the list.
6. Premium turns on within one business day of Nutrola receiving the list and the payment.

## How to get started

Request a quote through [the quote form](https://business.nutrola.app/quote/) or email partnerships@nutrola.app. Include your partner type, roughly how many customers you want to cover, the gift length you have in mind, and whether you need codes. Nutrola will get back to you with a quote.
