Teams
Does Nutrola offer team or business plans?
Yes. Organizations can give Nutrola Premium to their staff for a year, or start with a 4-week team challenge. Businesses can also give Premium to their customers. Nobody on the list pays, and the organization only sees group totals.
How much does Nutrola cost for an organization?
It depends on how many people and for how long, for your staff or for your customers. Tell us your numbers through the quote form and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
Do employees have to pay anything?
No. They sign up with the email address you give us, and Premium is on. They never pay or enter card details.
Can we start with a short challenge?
Yes. A 4-week team challenge is a simple way to start: everyone gets Premium for the challenge, and you get team totals every week.
How long does setup take?
Everyone is set up within one business day of getting your list. There is nothing to install or connect on your side.
Does anything renew automatically?
No. You pay once, and nothing renews on its own.
What if someone already pays for Nutrola?
We add their team access to their existing account. They should cancel their own subscription in the App Store or Google Play so they are not charged twice.
Which phones does Nutrola work on?
iPhone and Android, in 20 languages.
Partners
Can a business give Nutrola Premium to its customers?
Yes. Brands, gyms, insurers, health programs and meal-prep companies can add Premium to a purchase, a membership or a program, for one month or a whole year. Tell us your plan and we’ll get back to you.
Will we see our customers' data?
No. You see how many customers use Nutrola, never what anyone eats or weighs.
What happens when the gift period ends?
Premium simply ends, and nothing is charged. Customers who want to keep going can subscribe in the app.
Privacy
What can our organization see?
How the group is doing as a whole, such as how many people joined and how active they are. Never what one person eats or weighs.
Does Nutrola sell health data?
No. Nutrola does not sell health data or use it for advertising, and anyone can delete their account and data in the app at any time. The privacy policy has the details.
