No. Nutrola does not offer a free trial for organizations. The low-cost way to test the app with a team is the 4-week challenge, which costs $7 per participant with a minimum of 10 people, so a group of 10 pays $70. The challenge includes one free setup week and is built to work as a pilot.

Why is there no free trial for organizations?

The app needs Premium, and there is no free version. Organizations pay for the access their people will use. Staff licenses are sold per seat, with one seat for each email address, and the price per person depends on how many seats are ordered.

What does the 4-week challenge include?

The challenge runs for a fixed length and has a clear end date. Here is what it includes:

Length4 weeks, then it ends on its own
ReportingWeekly totals by email, for the group or for teams of 5 or more

Because the price is per participant, the total is simple to work out.

10$70
25$175
50$350

How does access work during the challenge?

Access runs by email list. Premium turns on within one business day of the list and payment, nothing needs to be installed, and there is no single sign-on. Euros are possible, and the challenge is also listed at €7 per participant.

What can the group measure during the challenge?

The organization sees group totals: how many people are on the list, how many activated, how many are active, and the average number of days with a logged meal. These totals help you decide whether to move on. Individual meals, photos, weight and details are never shared with the organization.

Why is the challenge a good first step?

The challenge works as a pilot. You learn how a group uses the app before you order 12-month staff licenses, which cost $24 to $35 per person per year depending on seat count. Weekly totals show participation, and the challenge ends on its own, so you do not have to cancel anything.

What happens after the challenge?

When the challenge ends, the group can move to staff licenses if it wants to continue. Licenses last 12 months per person, the minimum is 10 people, and the payment is one-time with no auto-renewal. Pricing starts at $35 per person for 10 to 60 people and falls as the seat count rises.

What should you prepare before you start?

  1. Choose the group, with at least 10 people.
  2. Decide whether to run one group total or teams of 5 or more, since teams of 5 or more receive their own weekly totals.
  3. Collect the email addresses for everyone who will take part.
  4. Request a quote for the challenge, or confirm the price in writing.
