Gyms and fitness studios can add Nutrola Premium to a membership as a perk. Members can receive the app for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, priced per program, and access runs by email address for members who agreed to receive it. Training covers one side of a fitness goal, and Nutrola covers the food side with calorie and macro tracking.
Why would a gym add a nutrition app to memberships?
Members who train also eat, and eating is the other side of most fitness goals. Nutrola gives members a place to log what they eat. A meal can be logged by photo, barcode or voice, and calories and macros appear in seconds.
Premium adds calorie and macro goals, water, fasting, exercise and weight tracking, recipes, short nutrition lessons, streaks and reminders. It also syncs with Apple Health and Google Health Connect. Nutrola is not a medical device and gives no medical advice, so the gym should present it as a tracking tool.
How does the perk work?
- Choose a length: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- Ask for a quote for your program at /quote/ or email partnerships@nutrola.app. Each program is priced separately, and there is no public price.
- Collect the email addresses of members who agreed to receive the perk.
- Send the list and pay. Nutrola invoices from Monorra LLC (Delaware), by card or bank transfer. Premium turns on within one business day of the list and payment.
- Ask for codes only if you need them. Codes are given on request, so tell Nutrola what your launch needs.
- The perk ends on its own, and nothing is charged.
What does the gym see?
The gym sees group totals only. Those totals are the number of people on the list, the number who activated, the number who are active, and the average number of days with a logged meal. The table makes the difference clear.
| The gym sees | The gym never sees |
|---|---|
| Number of people on the list | Meals |
| Number who activated | Photos |
| Number who are active | Weight |
| Average days with a logged meal | Individual details |
Health data is not sold or used for ads. Anyone can delete their account and data at any time.
Can trainers and staff get licenses?
Yes. Trainers and other staff can get 12-month staff licenses. The price per person per year depends on the seat count, with a minimum of 10 people.
| Seats | Per person per year | Per person per month |
|---|---|---|
| 10 to 60 | $35 | $2.92 |
| 61 to 150 | $32 | $2.67 |
| 151 to 350 | $30 | $2.50 |
| 351 to 500 | $27 | $2.25 |
| 501 or more | $24 | $2.00 |
Licenses are a one-time payment with no auto-renewal. Each seat is one email address.
How should a gym present the perk?
Describe the perk and the app, not any effect on the body. Keep the message plain: what members get, how long it runs, how to get access, and that the perk ends on its own. Avoid promises about results, because the app is a tracking tool.
